PART 2: RISE

STAGE ONE: NAVIGATING EMOTIONS

  • Practice emotional mastery so that you can experience more joy in your day-to-day life, and break free from depressive thoughts and feelings
  • Address your physiology, focus, lens and language habits and determine ways to shift them positively and productively
  • Balance body, mind and spirit to achieve and maintain physical, emotional and spiritual health on a day-to-day level

STAGE TWO: CONNECTING TO AUTHENTICITY

  • Accept your most genuine self
  • Identify what's important to you and prioritize changes in these areas so you can grow and avoid feeling held back in life
  • Recognize the support you need from others and accept what type of support is vital in order to grow in the ways you want for yourself
  • Acknowledge 1. The standards you set for others to uphold and 2. The standards you try to keep up for others, and 3. The fear you may be holding onto within certain relationships due to these standards

STAGE THREE: BALANCING LIFE

  • Focus on how to balance your root system in your daily life

STAGE FOUR: WITHSTANDING THE ELEMENTS

  • Discuss tactics for overcoming the challenges of balancing priorities during stressful times
  • Identify how to weather the winds of change and storms which bring trauma and grief
  • Create a state of gratitude to attract positive patterns, changes and action in your life

STAGE FIVE: VISION FOR LIFE ROOT SYSTEM

  • Create vision for each of your root areas that includes what you want, why you want it, and what you are willing to do to materialize it.

STAGE SIX: RISING UP

  • Develop a key life question to gauge future decisions against
  • Leverage your support system
  • List the major milestones and/or life events that you're proud of.
  • Determining what goals to focus on and how to make them a reality
  • Understand the importance of a bucket list
  • Write your eulogy
  • Connect to a higher purpose to increase your level of fulfillment through contributing beyond yourself
