This is the second of a two-part online course that weaves yoga philosophy with human needs psychology, core value systems, and balance of body, mind and spirit. It is a perfectly aligned framework that will strengthen and deepen the roots that provide you security; connect with your higher purpose; and get unblocked from anything holding you back from living a meaningful life full of creativity, freedom and joy.


In Part One: Roots, you examined your root system and learned to evaluate your value system based on how well you are meeting your human needs. You also learned how to get unstuck from pain points.

PART TWO: RISE (Prerequisite: Roots)

In Part Two: Rise, we will now go up the tree, starting with your core or tree trunk, and rising up to your branches and beyond. Your trunk is your center and powerhouse for creating emotional mastery and summoning the energy from your tap root to fulfill your higher purpose with intention and balance.

We will begin by understanding how balancing body, mind and spirit is the same thing as balancing The Triad which examines your physiology, focus and meaning brought on by the language you use with yourself.

Then we will look at how to use these tools for emotional mastery to weather storms, winds of change, grief and loss, and other difficulties.

Lastly, we will look at what you want to create for a "bucket list life" and how to connect with your higher purpose and what you want to be known for. The final gift of the program is to put all your completed worksheets into the beginnings of your Life Plan and create a day-to-day schedule that will help you balance your life from a practical standpoint.
